  Internet center created  with the assistance of the Embassy of the United States of America in Ukraine under the LEAP project. The initiator of the library's participation in this project was the English teacher of the Hadiach Lyceum of I-III grades № 4 named after Lesya Ukrainka Shamanska Ruslana Mykolayivna in collaboration with the library employee Kavshinova Kateryna Hryhorivna.

  Thanks to a grant of $ 9.5 thousand was purchased  modern computers and paid use of the Internet for two years.

  With the support of local authorities, the Internet center was renovated, air conditioned and modern furniture was installed. There is a special ramp for people with disabilities.

  The grand opening took place on January 16, 2007. Since then, the doors of the Internet Center have always been hospitably opened to visitors.

The Internet center today is:

computer literacy school; operational source of information and entertainment;

Library and Legal cinemas;

educational resource;

obtaining advice on information retrieval; a progressive means of communication;

a wide range of services for users; huge space for creativity.

Rules for using the Internet - center

1.

Ensuring the right of citizens to receive information and guided by the legislation of Ukraine, the Library offers its readers access to the World Wide Web in the context of cultural, informational, leisure, educational needs of users.

2.

Service in the Internet center is carried out by appointment according to the schedule of the Library, a break from 12:00 to 13:00.

An Internet user enrolls in the Library on a general basis, and his / her reader's ticket has the legal force necessary to use the Internet.

4.

The user is obliged to follow the current rules of the Library. The library ensures equal use of Internet resources for all users. The library staff is not responsible for any loss of information when entering the download.

The user has the right to:

Free work on the Internet for one hour. In case of delay, the place is saved for ten minutes. If the reader does not appear or does not warn about his detention, the employee has the right to provide this place to the next person;

- order the time of use on the Internet in person or by phone 3-10-15;

- place an order for work in the Internet - center no more than once a day;

- in the absence of the next user, the visitor has the opportunity to continue their work until the next order;

- to receive preliminary individual or collective consultation on the use of the Internet. However, consultations are provided in minimal amounts.

Users are prohibited from:

- start working in the Internet - center without the permission of the employee;

- turn off or restart the computer;

- install software on library computers, independently change computer and software settings      software;

- use the Internet for commercial purposes;

- use a large number of system resources;

- browse sites that contain images of pornographic content or promote violence against the person;

- work in the Internet center in a state of intoxication;

- disrupt the business rhythm of the Internet center (talk loudly, use a mobile phone, interfere with other users);

- violate copyright law.

The library is responsible for:

- the content of information that the user receives from the Internet;

- for failure of Microsoft software or communication channel.

For violation of these Rules, the administration has the right to PROHIBIT the user from working in our Internet center.
